Reza Kalani founded A Talent House with the desire to help as many as possible. First, he aims to elevate young talents who need to gain experience and expand their professional networks to become financially independent. Second, small businesses and startups are in need of essential help with their marketing projects and reaching an extensive network of professionals at affordable prices. Last but not least, newcomers and yet-to-be-skilled talents are looking for proper training and networking to get available opportunities out there.

This ambition comes from his own journey, being a newcomer in the Netherlands almost a decade ago. Through living a comparable experience, Reza is now leading by the example of bringing refreshing solutions to persisting problems in the creative industry.
